New Fortnite Sprites

Track new Fortnite Sprites without mixing official releases, verified collection data, reported additions, event variants, and rumors. This live release hub separates what Epic has confirmed from what the current tracker counts, so a patch-day headline never silently changes your collection denominator.

Reported for an update does not always mean verified in the tracker

A scheduled patch can launch in stages, change during downtime, or leave ability and acquisition details unclear. New Fortnite Sprites enter the active collection only after the relevant evidence can support a consistent record.

August 6 live verification

Seven new Gem treatments expand the collection to 117 entries

Live · Seven additions

Verified Gem lineup

Gem Water, Earth, Duck, Demon, Aura, Grim Reaper, and Zero Point are now collectible alongside the earlier Gem Llama treatment. All seven new real game icons are stored locally.

Official bonus · 30%

Reduced fall damage

Epic confirms that Gem treatments reduce fall damage by 30% while preserving the underlying named Sprite’s normal ability.

Compatible · IDs 111–117

Existing progress preserved

The seven Gem IDs are appended after the previous 110 entries. Existing Owned and Mastered marks, compact share tokens, exports, backups, and browser storage remain compatible.

Excluded · not live

Gem Punk remains outside totals

Gem Punk appeared in preview reporting but is absent from the current 117-entry roster, so the tracker does not add it or infer any drop rate.

August 4 live verification

Ironmouse expands the collection to 25 names and 110 entries

Live · Mythic

Ironmouse Sprite

Ironmouse regenerates health over time when the carrier is low. During regeneration it also grants Cloak and low gravity; the healing cap rises from 60 to 100 Health across Levels 1–5.

Verified · Relic Chests

Current acquisition source

The live Fortnite.GG entry lists Ironmouse in Relic Chests. The tracker records the verified source without copying or inventing a drop percentage.

Compatible · one appended ID

Existing progress preserved

The new ironmouse-normal entry is appended after all previous 109 IDs. Existing compact share tokens, Owned and Mastered marks, backups, and browser storage remain compatible.

July 30 live verification

v41.30 expands the collection to 24 names and 109 entries

Live · Legendary

Peeky Peely Sprite

Epic confirms that Peeky Peely marks nearby rare Sprite variants or enemies carrying them, while revealing the carrier’s location too. Normal, Gold, Gummy, Galaxy, and Holofoil icons are stored locally.

Live · Legendary

Lootin’ Llama Sprite

Opening Ammo Boxes has a chance to upgrade the carrier’s weapon. Normal, Gold, Gummy, Galaxy, and Gem treatments are included from the verified live roster.

Live · Mastery reward

Four Quack treatments

Quack Water, Earth, Fire, and Zero Point are active. Epic confirms the shared Quack bonus: when the Quack Sprite gains progress, every other carried Sprite gains an extra 50% of that progress.

Live · Mythic

John Wick Sprite

John Wick briefly reveals nearby enemies after a knock or elimination. Epic confirms Springfield Reload acquisition from a carrier, normal or Sprite Chests, or a match win; the tracker records no unverified drop percentage.

Compatible · 18 new entries

Existing progress preserved

All previous entry IDs and browser-storage keys are unchanged. Eighteen new IDs are appended for the new names and treatments, so existing owned and mastered marks remain compatible.

July 24 live verification

Eight Cube Sprite combinations are now verified live

Live · Eight combinations

Released collectible set

Post-release checks verify Cube treatments for Earth, Fire, Fishy, Punk, Dream, Boss, Grim Reaper, and Batman. This is now a live-release record rather than a preview watchlist. See the complete Cube Sprites guide for all eight icons, sources, rarity guidance, and collection routes.

Verified · Chest sources

Where Cube Sprites appear

Cube Sprites can appear in Sprite Chests, with some combinations also reported in Rare Chests or themed areas. Their exact route differs by the underlying named Sprite.

Official ability · Storm utility

Overdrive confirmed

Epic confirms that Cube variants grant Overdrive while their carrier is in the Storm. Post-release reporting describes faster sprinting and higher jumps until the carrier returns to the safe zone.

Live · 21 / 91

Eight image-backed cells added

All eight verified game icons are stored locally and the Cube cells now participate in collection progress, filters, sharing, trading, and exports. Existing saved progress remains intact while the denominator increases from 83 to 91.

Eight Gem treatments are verified active

The current roster includes Gem Water, Earth, Duck, Demon, Aura, Grim Reaper, Zero Point, and Llama. Gem Punk remains excluded because it is not present in the released 117-entry roster. The site records no unpublished drop percentage.

Editorial states

How new Sprite releases are verified

The update process separates at least four states: reported or leaked, officially announced, live in the game, and verified for the collection tracker. Search results often collapse these states into one headline, which can make a scheduled companion look obtainable before the live loot pool or objective is confirmed.

A complete tracker entry needs more than a name. It requires the formal rarity, core ability, acquisition clue, supported variants, release status, appropriate images, a review date, and enough evidence to avoid misleading players. Partial records can appear on the watchlist while remaining outside active totals and hunt plans.

This caution is especially important on patch day. Downtime schedules and preview articles are useful context, but they do not prove that every advertised feature is immediately accessible in every playlist. The review process favors a slightly delayed accurate record over a fast false pin. Players can then plan routes from stable evidence instead of rebuilding a checklist around a headline that changes during rollout.

Names versus treatments

New Fortnite Sprites and new variants are different

New named Sprite

A new named companion adds a distinct identity and core power. Air, Seven, or Batman would each need their own record if verified. This changes the number of named Sprites in the directory.

New treatment

A treatment such as Gummy or Holofoil can expand the checklist without adding a named ability. It creates new name-and-variant combinations for supported companions.

Event availability

A Power Hour or Thursday drop can temporarily change the best collection window. The event may be new while the named Sprite and treatment already exist in the archive.

Balance update

An existing Sprite can receive an ability adjustment without becoming a new collectible. Data version notes should record meaningful power or source changes separately.

Update workflow

From announcement to collection entry

  1. 01

    Discover

Monitor official announcements, live patch information, credible current reporting, and reproducible in-game evidence.

  2. 02

    Separate claims

Identify which details are confirmed, which are scheduled, and which remain rumor or inference.

  3. 03

    Model the entry

Add rarity, ability, location, variants, images, source URLs, verification state, and effective date.

  4. 04

    Validate totals

Run dataset invariants so names, exact entries, images, sitemap routes, and public totals remain consistent.

  5. 05

    Publish version

Update the data version and changelog, then expose the new target to the directory, checklist, and tracker.

Questions answered

New Fortnite Sprites FAQ

What are the newest Sprites in Fortnite?

Ironmouse remains the newest verified named Sprite. The latest collection change is the August 6 Gem release, which adds seven verified treatments and raises the collection to 25 names and 117 released name-and-treatment entries.

Is Ironmouse Sprite available now?

Yes. Fortnite.GG lists Ironmouse as a live Mythic Base Sprite, and current in-game reporting verifies its August 4 return, low-health regeneration, Cloak and low-gravity effects, and Relic Chest source. No unverified drop percentage is stored in the dataset.

Is the Batman Sprite available now?

Yes. Epic Games confirms that Hot Bat Summer quests add Batman Sprite to the collection. Its Normal, Gold, Gummy, Galaxy, and Holofoil treatments are included in the current tracker dataset.

Is the Air Sprite included in the tracker?

Yes. Air is a verified Rare Sprite with sprint-speed and jump-height benefits. Its five released treatments and local collection images are included in the current totals.

Are Cube Sprite variants in the tracker yet?

Yes. The eight July 23 Cube combinations remain live, and v41.30 adds a verified Cube Zero Point treatment. Every included Cube entry uses a real local game icon.

Which Gem Sprites are available?

The live 117-entry roster includes Gem Water, Earth, Duck, Demon, Aura, Grim, Zero Point, and the earlier Gem Llama treatment. Gem Punk is not in the current released roster and remains excluded. Every Gem treatment reduces fall damage by 30% while retaining its named Sprite power.

Why is an announced Sprite not in the tracker?

Announcement, patch scheduling, data mining, live release, and verified collectibility are different states. The tracker adds an entry after its name, ability, variants, availability, images, and source evidence can be represented consistently.

What changed in the July 30 update?

Epic released Lootin’ Llama and Peeky Peely, four Quack treatments, Holofoil Grim, Holofoil and Cube Zero Point, plus the separately announced John Wick Sprite. The verified tracker now contains 24 names and 109 entries.

How often are new Sprite updates published?

Material data changes receive a new version and changelog entry. The public review date shows when the current collection was last checked; event-only formatting changes may be grouped into a later release.

Do new variants count as new named Sprites?

No. Gummy, Galaxy, Gold, Gem, Holofoil, and other treatments can create new collection entries without creating a new named companion or a new core ability.

Where can I see every currently tracked Sprite?

Use the complete directory for names, powers, locations, rarity, variants, availability, and verification. Use the checklist to record exact owned treatments.
